    CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY:



    1. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can message customer care at +91-7867014435 or email support@spsagro.com to cancel your order. You will get a reply  between our office hours 10 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat). We will be glad to refund the amount back to your original mode of payment.

    2. If the order has been shipped already, we’re sorry we won’t be able to cancel it.

    3. We have a 3 - day return policy, which means you only have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. kindly email to us support@spsagro.com.

    5. To return your product, you should reach us at support@spsagro.com, and ship the product  to

    You will be responsible
    for paying the shipping charges during product return. 

    6. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    7. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can replace the product or provide you with a refund based on the individual case. Kindly email to us support@spsagro.com.

    8. If the customer did not like the colour, shape and size or any choice after receiving the order. Customer has to send the items back to our warehouse at his cost. We will refund or replace based on stock.

    9. It is advised that the return goods should be adequately packed so that there is no damage to goods during return transit. If any products are damaged post-delivery it shall not be accepted for return.

    10. If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. send us the return tracking id on support@spsagro.com. So we can track and take delivery.

    11. If a customer cancels the order /rejects it during delivery (Paid order) after the item is shipped then we will deduct the shipping amount and refund the remaining amount.

    12. Once we receive your return package, give us three business days to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return. All refunds will be credited to the bank account or card used to make the original payment.

    13. As the seed packet is packed with great care and has already endured a series of checks. We do not accept return of seed packs. Any damage in transit is at your own risk.

    14. If the pin code does not have a COD option, then the customer has to pay online first and then we will dispatch the item.
