    We provide the highest quality seeds that have a high germination rate. All our seeds are tested for germination in a lab before we ship them. But different seeds require different expertise levels to grow. Please make an email to support@spsagro.com about our seeds, we can send you more information regarding the germination process.


    Currently, we have a COD option for a few of our products, logistics issues are preventing us to extend it for all our range.

    We ship the order within 48 hours of the order placed in most cases. We ship via DTDC depending upon the service availability. Generally, metros take 3-5 days to deliver while non-metros may take up to 5-7 working days after the order is dispatched from our side. For remote places and the northeast, it may take some more time. You will receive a tracking ID, within 48 hours of placing your order. You can track it for continuous updates


    If you have a great reason and you cannot afford our seeds, we can provide you with our seeds for free provided you have a great reason. Share your reason why you want our seeds for free and how you would use them in a short brief on support@spsagro.com.  We will share this on our instagram and  Facebook page and if more than 200 people like your reason, we will provide you with a coupon of Rs 1000.

    If there is something wrong with your item(s) such as it has been damaged in transit or hasn't survived the journey, just contact us as soon as possible describing the problem and we will happily replace the item for you free of charge. When some items are broken during transit ; however, we may ask for photos for quality control purposes. For more information Kindly visit our Cancellation, Refund And Return Policy. 

    If the product received by you is the same as shown on the website and matching the size and color shown, you will need to ship the product back to us bearing the shipping cost. However if the item is different, damaged or not as described on the website, we will arrange for a pickup from your address free of cost.


    Once you apply for a refund, it will take approximately 4-5 working days to get the refund in your bank account. Refer to the Return Policy.
    Yes, shopping at SPS Agro Products  is 100% safe. We are a  SSL certified site which gives maximum security to the users.Credit card payments are processed through the CCAVENUE payment gateway. Internet Banking and other payments are processed by Bill Desk.
    We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking and  UPI.
    If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI. For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery we make the refund to your Bank Account. Your details which we require for the refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code. Refunding your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

    We have some special arrangements for the ceramic vases in our packaging. These vases are multi-layered and well protected from any possible physical damages that could happen in transit.

    A. You can initiate the cancellation of your order only if your order status does not change to Under Process. Once your order is under process your order can not be canceled.
